RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Products purchased from our online store (www.beepops.in) are not eligible for returns once delivered. However, we do offer a full replacement in case the product is damaged during transit.

To initiate a replacement, customers must inform our support team, and the damage must be verified through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once validated, the replacement order will be processed promptly.

Please note that replacement requests or refund-related queries must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. You can check your order status anytime by visiting the “My Account” section on our website.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
